Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, baby underwear (including nappies, diapers, briefs, etc.) is not eligible for return or exchange once sold or delivered, whether used or unused.
This policy is strictly followed to maintain hygiene and safety standards for all customers.
Products purchased under sale or discount offers are also not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
We only accept return or replacement requests in case of a genuine manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery, such as:
- Stitching issues
- Fabric damage on arrival
- Wrong product received
All such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
The following are not considered defects or valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund:
- Size or fit issues
- Minor colour or fabric variations
- Differences in personal expectations or preferences
- Variations in product performance due to usage conditions
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or wrong item claims. Requests without valid unboxing proof may not be eligible for review or approval.
If a return is approved for a valid manufacturing defect:
- The product must be returned in original condition
- All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful inspection and approval
In case of approved exchange or replacement requests (where applicable), the customer will be required to bear the shipping charges for both return and re-shipment, unless the request is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
In case of refunds (where applicable), shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If the product is found used, washed, damaged, or not in original condition, the request will be rejected.
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, fairness, and product safety for all customers.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
